In 1987, a group of friends decided to explore the idea of raising funds for the shelter at Safe+Sound Somerset, where victims of domestic abuse could escape and begin to heal. The organization has grown to more than 50 committed women who have contributed more than $2 Million to Victoria’s House, our 24-hour shelter. This amazing group gives generously and works tirelessly to raise funds through their annual Derby Day Celebration and Fall Author’s Luncheon.
